Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Diego, CA. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model, serving over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions. We aim to support clinicians with tools, mentorship, and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person therapy sessions in San Diego, CA. See 25+ sessions per week, with flexibility to address couples and children where appropriate with Thriveworks support. Hold an active California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) and practice within the state where services are provided. Maintain autonomy in practice while collaborating with a clinical team; opportunities for clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Demonstrate strong professional character, integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care. Specialty population demand may vary depending on client needs. Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California. Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation

Up to $115,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide
