Our longstanding, well-established Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is thoughtfully designed to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills through a structured six-month program for entry level Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy practitioners . This program is designed specifically for recent graduates who wish to establish a broad clinical knowledge base during their first few critical years in the field. The programassists novice clinicians to become successful in an environment that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

Requirements

Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Applicants must possess basic computer literacy skills Current CPR certification Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as desire to develop professionally
