This contract role offers an opportunity to provide in-person support primarily at the elementary level within a single school site, working closely with students to address and improve speech and language challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and track student outcomes. Provide direct speech therapy services during school hours.
Qualifications
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification. Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in an elementary school setting. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Location: Watsonville, CA School Type: K-12, Elementary Focus Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Work Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Contract Duration: August 19, 2025, through June 12, 2026
