A healthcare organization in Watsonville, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students throughout the academic school year under a contract position. Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students’ unique needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide consultative services and assist in developing communication strategies to enhance student learning
Qualifications
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Valid State School Speech-Language Pathologist credential
Experience working with pediatric populations in an educational setting preferred
Strong assessment and intervention skills across a broad range of speech and language disorders
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Location: Watsonville, CA
Position Type: Contract, full academic school year (CSY)
