Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist (Sr. TAS, Neuroscience - Cobenfy) - Beverly Hills, CA The TAS is a field-based role within a Biopharma customer model, focused on driving adoption of BMS medicines through scientific dialogue with Health Care Providers (HCPs) and delivering a differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).

Territory: Beverly Hills, CA

Position Summary: The TAS drives demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for appropriate patients, building credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians, and liaising with other BMS functions to deliver a high-quality Cx while prioritizing safe and appropriate use of BMS products. The role requires 100% field-based activity with external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.

Creates demand by articulating the clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients.

Maintains and grows high scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.

Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.

Uses available tools (e.g., CE^3) to derive insights and inform call plans; provides feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue

Demonstrates scientific expertise using approved resources to present information to HCPs with medical accuracy.

Conducts in-office presentations and discusses product-related scientific information in line with the label.

Organizes external speaker programs and coordinates scheduling and logistics.

Maintains knowledge on emerging data for approved indications.

Engages real-time medical support to answer unsolicited questions and technical inquiries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience for HCPs.

Shares relevant insights internally to enable better service to customers.

Complies with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP role, or nursing.

Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians serve patients.

Proven credibility with key customers and a customer-centric mindset delivering a differentiated Cx.

Experience in Psychiatry preferred.

Strong account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting/exceeding goals.

Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Strong selling and promotional skills with a proven performance track record.

Compensation Overview: Field - United States - US: $135,180 - $163,801. Starting pay reflects job characteristics and experience; final compensation determined by demonstrated experience.
