Overview The TAS is a field-based role focused on driving adoption of BMS medicines within the cardiovascular portfolio, engaging Health Care Providers (HCPs) with scientific dialogue, and delivering a differentiated customer experience consistent with label. The TAS builds credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs, collaborates with other BMS functions, and prioritizes safe and appropriate use of products while achieving business results. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion
– Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets in a compliant manner; articulate clinical and scientific rationale for product use; maintain/grow scientific expertise across assigned products; prepare and implement territory/account plans; use tools such as SOPHIA to inform call plans; provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue
– Present information to HCPs with scientific accuracy; conduct in-office presentations; organize external speaker programs; stay current with emerging data; coordinate with Medical on Call for real-time support. Cross-functional Collaboration
– Collaborate with field teams to optimize Customer Experience (Cx); share insights with stakeholders to better serve customers. Compliance
– Adhere to all laws, regulations, and company policies. Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse (preferred). Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to physicians; credibility with key customers and a customer-centric mindset to create a differentiated Cx. Experience in cardiovascular field is preferred; strong account management, selling competencies, and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, collaborative attitude; strong selling and promotional skills. Desired Capabilities Customer/commercial mindset with ability to drive results and engage across the patient care journey. Patient centricity and scientific agility: understand patient journey, stay current with data, articulate data clearly to HCPs. Analytical capability: analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences; segment HCPs; use CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning. Digital agility: use technology and digital channels to communicate, manage data via CE^3 and CRM tools, and stay updated with tech developments. Teamwork/enterprise mindset: strong business acumen, learning agility, integrity, and compliant conduct. Other Role is field-based. Compensation The Compensation Overview includes a salary range (e.g., Field - United States: $124,090 – $150,370) with potential incentives based on eligibility.
