Responsibilities

Applies concepts derived from management and communications theory, group dynamics, counseling methodologies, and clinical nursing judgment to implement a clinical nursing program or programs

Provides direct patient care through use of nursing process, performs established nursing intervention utilizing current clinical knowledge. Initiates and participates in patient, family and staff education.

Demonstrates leadership capabilities.

Serves as preceptor for orientees and students.

Qualifications

1 year of experience as an RN

High School Graduate and High School GED

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.

California Registered Nurse license

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Current California driver's license

Clean Driving record with proof of liability insurance for automobile.

Preferred

Home health experience preferred.

Pay Range $50.85 - $75.87 /hour
