APPs see an average of 2-4 patients per shift APPs conduct rounding on patients and admissions Staffing Model: 1 Tele-hospitalist physician coverage 24 hours; 1 on-site APP provider hospitalist team with 8-hour shifts (7 am – 7 pm; 7 on/7 off) Benefits and Compensation

Level IV Trauma center serving the Central Texas communities of Smithville, Bastrop, Cedar Creek, and Schulenburg. Services include Respiratory Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Inpatient Physical Therapy, Outpatient Surgical Services, and Inpatient Med Surg Services. STEMIs and traumas needing surgical evaluation or admission are transferred with one call to the Seton Transfer Center. Lab and Radiology services are available 24/7; CT scanning is available 24/7, and MRI is available in-house from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Community
