Emergency Medicine Fellowship Physician 2026-2027 at US Acute Care Solutions. Location: Cullman, Alabama. Fully-accredited 151-bed hospital serving five-county area. Role and Responsibilities
Participate in 24-hour physician coverage, 24 hours APP coverage, 24 hours scribe coverage, and 10 hours post-primary care (Emergency Medicine Fellow). Engage in an ED with 48,000 annual volume, 36 beds, Level III Trauma Designation, Cerner EMR, and ED Ultrasound Program. Collaborate with national clinical governance and evidence-based management tools to support clinical decisions. $75,000 equity ownership given to all full-time physicians after 2 years of employment. Industry-leading 10% company-funded 401(k) up to IRS limit of $35,000. $4,000 tax-free CME/BEA annually; $6,500 plus state and DEA license in year one for new graduates. Clinical duties include 12-14 shifts per month in the ED with Board exam-focused didactics and longitudinal Board Prep. Special topics and ultrasound courses; unique fellowship seminars and EMS/critical care ride-alongs. Curriculum includes airway management and essential emergency medicine procedures. Outcome
