Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is licensed by the State of Maryland through national examination for the practice of nursing. The RN is educationally prepared for competent practice at the beginning level upon graduation from an approved school of nursing. The RN assumes the primary responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all patient care.
Position Details
Department: Med/Surg
Shift: 12‑hour shift 7:00 p‑7:30 a – 36 hrs/week, fulltime, benefitted
Education / Experience
BSN Preferred.
RNs without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete the degree within 4 years of their start date.
Licensure / Certification
Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
CPR required.
ACLS required for Labor and Delivery, Short Stay (Observation Unit), Cardiac Catheterization (Interventional Cardiovascular lab), Endoscopy, Cardiac Rehab, Infusion Services Clinic, Pulmonary Function.
Compensation Salary Range: Minimum $37.13/hour – Maximum $57.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
