Adult Clinician – Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Riverside Community Care invites applications for the Adult Clinician – Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) role. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals.

Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical assessment and intervention for consumers of the program.

Facilitate an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry.

Develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all of the components of the CBHC team members in collaboration with the consumer.

Support coordination of care with both Riverside and community providers external to the CBHC Outpatient Center such as DMH, ACCS, Connect 2 Recovery, and Clubhouse.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with use of Trauma Interventions.

Schedule Full Time, 40 hours – Sunday through Thursday schedule.

Payrate

Unlicensed Clinician – $68,958.50 – $74,263 per salaried.

Independent Licensure – $72,141.20 – $77,445.70 per salaried.

Required Skills

Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidence‑based practices as determined by CBHC.

Bilingual may be required depending on the needs of the program.

Required Experience

Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred.

Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required.

Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
