Sabrosura Foods This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning on production equipment and overall facility cleanliness, using various chemicals and sanitation equipment such as foamers, steam hoses, COP tanks, and CIP systems. Strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping, and personal conduct rules is required. Job Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkie forklifts with certification Conduct CIP and COP tank verifications (chemical concentrations, flow, time, temperature) Communicate food safety issues to supervisors or managers Monitor facility and equipment conditions for compliance and good condition Perform and document sanitation checks and production verifications Follow GMPs, PPE protocols, and chemical handling procedures Disassemble and clean production equipment using foaming equipment and scrubbing tools Understand chemical usages and purposes Verify cleanliness post-cleaning Follow color coding and sanitation schedules Assist supervisors in sanitation tasks Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Attention to detail Ability to follow directions consistently Proficient manual dexterity Education and Experience: Sanitation experience in food production High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements: Sitting 1-2 hours/day Standing and walking 4-10 hours/day Bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting Lift up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 60 lbs Additional Details: Entry-level position Full-time employment Industry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing
