Shift from 6 am to 6 pm on a 2-2-3 schedule Clean equipment, production, and storage areas per SSOP guidelines. Cleaning may involve chemicals, manual scrubbing, CIP, COP, lifts, ladders, and other tools. Disassemble and assemble machinery for cleaning and inspection Complete documentation and conduct post-sanitation inspections Perform duties as per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) Verify sanitation chemical concentrations through titration Handle chemicals safely, understanding hazards and PPE requirements Follow SSOPs, GMPs, and safety protocols Report safety, quality, or food safety concerns to management Assist in training new sanitation personnel Follow SQF principles as specified by the SQF Practitioner Operate machines for packaging functions like filling, weighing, and labeling Ensure machines and surfaces are sanitary and in good condition Verify correct packaging and weight limits Inspect containers for quality and packaging compliance Record transactions in SAP for inventory accuracy Demonstrate proper food handling procedures Complete tasks timely to meet production goals Perform heavy lifting of raw ingredients (40-60 lbs) Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, lifts, and scissor lifts Use basic math skills Qualifications

Ability to work in a multi-task, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts Willingness to attend off-site training Physical ability to walk, stand, crouch, lift (40-60 lbs), twist, climb, reach daily
