Hourly/Wage Additional Detail Job Description
The Floor Technician is responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, & bonneting) areas that include offices, classrooms, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas. Also, maintain a high level of cleanliness by performing various cleaning tasks and meeting rooms set-ups. Provide high-level customer service and uphold Webb Center and Broderick Dining staff\'s work values. Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of basic housekeeping techniques and equipment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to stand for extended lengths of time (five hours or more). Demonstrated ability to lift up to 25 lbs. many times per day. Demonstrated ability to learn, retain and utilize training procedures.
