Job Description DESCRIPTION Bloomfield College of Montclair University’s Social and Behavioral Sciences program Area seeks an adjunct faculty to teach an Introduction to Sociology undergraduate course. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The course section will be an in-person course on the Bloomfield campus, though a hybrid or online format is possible. The course is capped at 25 students. QUALIFICATIONS Required A Master’s degree in Sociology or related field Experience teaching and/or potential to teach at the undergraduate level Preferred PhD in Sociology or related field Experience teaching at the undergraduate level Instructions to Applicants Please provide a cover letter, CV/resume, teaching evaluations (if applicable), unofficial graduate transcripts and three references who can speak to your ability/potential to teach at the undergraduate level.
