Job Description Summary The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for part-time adjunct instructors in Real Estate to teach undergraduate-level courses. Courses may be offered in person, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on scheduling and program needs. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to student success. Responsibilities
: Teach one or two undergraduate courses in Real Estate Review course materials and coordinate course activities with the course lead instructor. Prepare and deliver course content aligned with departmental and course learning goals and student outcomes. Provide students with timely, appropriate, and specific feedback. Grade assignments and exams within 72 hours. Respond to student inquiries within 48 hours. Collaborate with departmental faculty and staff as needed to ensure instructional quality. Comply with university policies and procedures, including timely submission of grades and course syllabi. Qualifications
: Required: MBA or a related discipline Three or more years of professional experience in areas such as real estate principles and practice, commercial real estate analysis, mortgage and fixed income analysis, or real estate development Preferred: College-level teaching experience (in-person and/or online) Familiarity with online teaching tools and learning management systems (e.g., Canvas) PROCEDURE FOR CANDIDACY Applicants should include a resume and cover letter explaining how their background, skills, and education match the needs of the university.
