Job Responsibilities:

Together with Centres of Excellence and Finance Shared Services:

To ensure a correct and smooth monthly closing process in line with

Address statutory reporting and audit requirements; financials meet the latest updates

Manage respective operational finance processes such as:

Purchase requisition and orders

Fixed asset management, ie:

Lead and execute fixed asset verification exercises, ensuring the accuracy of the asset

Registers and compliance with organisational policies and accounting standards

Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with asset custodians, guiding proper asset management and accountability

Monitor and review fixed asset movements, disposals, and impairments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Oversee operational expenditure management, including review of payables and accruals

Reviewing and analyzing financial data.

Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.

Ensure a strong culture of corporate governance by working closely with internal and external

Auditors and partnering stakeholders are to close audit issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in relevant Accountancy, Business, or similar Finance

At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

Experience in the healthcare sector or SAP will be an advantage

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel (advanced), VBA Macros, PowerPoint, and Word
