SUMMARY Provide technical support to end-users for PC, server, hardware, or software applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Load and verify software packages and install & configure PCs.

Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user issues, including scanner and SAP RF problems.

Administer user accounts via Active Directory and purchase software/hardware through the P.O. process.

Maintain knowledge database, configuration management database, and support audio‑visual equipment.

Monitor the service desk queue and resolve tickets in a timely manner, providing regular updates to managers.

Provide training and technical assistance to users and simulate user problems to ensure correct operation of PCs.

Follow all corporate, regional, and local ISS & site policies and adhere to safety, health, and quality rules.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A+ certification preferred.

Knowledge of all Microsoft applications/utilities.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Customer service and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Service‑oriented attitude, customer focus, sense of urgency, and professional demeanor.

On‑call support and understanding of network and system architecture.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Use computer keyboards for extended periods and sit or stand for extended periods.

Walk, reach, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The primary workstation is located in the office area, with some time spent on the manufacturing floor. The noise level ranges from low to moderate.
