Architectural Designer II

Join a dynamic team as a Junior Architect where you will employ your skills in REVIT and AutoCAD to craft construction drawings for a variety of commercial projects, including retail and hospitality. Engage in all project phases, from initial surveys through to construction administration, while collaborating with a committed team to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities Produce comprehensive construction drawing sets using REVIT and AutoCAD. Participate in all project phases including initial surveys, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration. Travel to job sites to conduct existing condition surveys. Engage in commercial architecture projects with a focus on retail stores, rollouts, and big box stores. Communicate effectively with clients and engineering trades to progress projects, and respond to RFIs. Essential Skills Full proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD. 2-3 years of architectural experience, preferably in a small office setting. Experience in commercial architecture, particularly in retail or hospitality. Ability to produce complete sets of construction documents. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Motivation to become a licensed architect is a plus. Experience in schematic design, design development, and construction administration. Work Environment Join a close-knit, 25-person firm established 28 years ago in a cozy Bergen County office. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Park Ridge, New Jersey. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00/yr.
