Aim of the Deputy Head Housekeeper To assist and support the Executive Head Housekeeper maintaining the high standards in the Housekeeping department. Responsibilities
Be confident in deputising for the Head Housekeeper in their absence Take ownership of day-to-day issues relating to room queries via both email and telephone Organise the daily room cleaning schedules and rots for all teams Able to prioritise workload effectively and ability to work in a busy environment Strive to provide 5 star service to all guests whilst maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at all times Work under pressure to ensure the monitoring of standards for all of our suites and luxury Treehouses Deputy Head Housekeeper – About You
Have previous experience in a similar position ideally within a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent Experience in managing a large team and lead from the front Have excellent training and communication skills within a managerial environment You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented What's in it for you?
