Manager, Advanced Practice Provider-Cardiac Critical Care (Finance)
Nemours is seeking an APP Manager to join our Cardiac Critical Care Unit in Orlando!
This position is responsible for providing leadership to assigned departmental Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The manager will oversee the competency, professional development, and education of the Advanced Practice Providers, aligning these efforts with the department's quality initiatives and goals. The individual must demonstrate experience with continuous improvement, change management skills, and fiscal stewardship. This position reports to the Department Chair (or designee) and collaborates with nursing leaders, practice leadership, office managers, Division Chiefs, and physicians. The role models Nemours standards of behavior and actively supports Nemours' vision and annual goals.

Requirements:
Active Florida APRN Licensure and appropriate national certification
AHA BLS and AHA PALS
At least 5 years of clinical ICU/Cardiac experience
Three years of progressive leadership experience preferred
