Junior Sales Representative (NE)
in the Sales & Marketing Department. The Junior Sales Rep is in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with the customer from the first interaction through the close of escrow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet and qualify visitors
Demonstrate models/homes/home sites
Overcome sales objections; close for the sale
Document the transaction
Track progress of loan, options, and construction
Respond to customer requests for information
Document any cancellations
Maintain all lot files/sales files
Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards
Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve customers and enhance company goodwill and profit
Education and/or Experience
Associate degree or 2 years related experience
Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive during day and night
Ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or application-based formats
Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with CRM software
Previous sales experience; industry knowledge preferred
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated
Pay Rate: $28/hour plus bonuses
