Job Summary The Regional Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing relationships and growth initiatives of an assigned territory, by promoting and selling ORAFOL Americas' vast portfolio of graphic marking films, industrial adhesive tape systems, and reflective solutions through its authorized distribution network. This role involves working closely with distribution partners to engage with existing product users and identify new prospective end users. It requires a strong blend of account management and business development skills.
Essential Functions
Meet and exceed sales volume forecasts for the regional territory based on overall company goals.
Manage the region’s distribution network and assist each distributor in leveraging marketing and sales strategies to promote ORAFOL products.
Collaborate with ORAFOL Product Technical Support and Market Managers to establish distributor and end-user product training initiatives.
Guide distributors and end-users to a positive experience with ORAFOL products and personnel.
Work with distribution management to maintain appropriate stock levels at distribution locations.
Conduct routine performance updates and strategic growth discussions with distribution partners.
Increase market share within product divisions through strategic partnerships.
Identify and develop new distributors and direct sales channels within the region.
Manage territory expenses per budget.
Participate in sales meetings and conference calls regularly.
Maintain a positive and consistent brand image for ORAFOL in the territory.
Execute sales and marketing campaigns as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Additional Responsibilities
Represent ORAFOL Americas at industry trade shows and distributor events.
Work independently with a broad customer base, including distributors and signage companies.
Support joint sales calls and cold calling efforts within the region.
Administer sales efforts with organization and attention to detail, utilizing MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and contact management tools.
Deliver effective presentations and negotiate sales successfully.
Follow safety regulations.
Education Requirement
BA degree required; MBA preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years in account management, business development, or related fields such as digital imaging or sign specifications.
Experience with trade shows is a plus.
Aptitudes & Characteristics
Positive attitude and accountability.
Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and self-awareness skills.
Team player capable of building positive relationships.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and goal-driven.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
