Change bedding and linens, including making beds and replacing towels. Clean and restock restrooms and ensure all supplies are replenished. Inspect and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is properly maintained and stored. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond promptly to their requests or concerns. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety. Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
