Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents. Your role is vital in ensuring a positive experience through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
Ensure that all rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Change bedding, make beds, and replenish linens and towels as needed.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, paying particular attention to high-touch areas.
Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors; ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and address guest needs.
Adhere to the schedule and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service during interactions with guests.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently.
Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
