We are currently seeking a Lead Receptionist to perform receptionist duties in both the Sur and Norte lobbies of the facility. This includes answering incoming and inter-facility calls, greeting and directing residents and visitors, responding to emergency call panels and situations, and performing routine office and support work for staff and residents.

The Lead Receptionist is responsible for orienting reception new hires, training the reception team on new policies and procedures, and providing administrative support to the Director of Administrative Services. Essential Job Duties
Perform receptionist duties in Sur and Norte lobbies, including answering phones, greeting visitors and residents, and registering visitors. Train all reception new hires on policies and procedures. Maintain contact lists, handle logistics for administrative office equipment, and schedule meetings. Dispatch and coordinate multiple Drivers to ensure that all transportation needs are responded to promptly and effectively. Benefits

High school graduate Three or more years of proven work experience in a customer service position, preferably as a concierge, front desk, or related position Multi-line telephone console experience is strongly preferred Starting at $22.00/hr. All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility. EOE
