We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and deliver exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations. Employment type : Full-time Location : The Americano – North Scottsdale, AZ Responsibilities
Lead with presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences. Uphold and model service standards, coaching staff to achieve consistency and excellence. Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef on cost control, labor management, and guest satisfaction. Oversee floor operations: staff deployment, reservations, pacing, and guest recovery. Support POS system oversight, inventory control, and ordering accuracy. Train, mentor, and provide feedback to FOH staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
3–5 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, upscale dining. Strong guest interaction skills with proven ability to resolve issues with poise and professionalism. Proficient with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and inventory/ordering systems. Solid understanding of labor management and COGS control. Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and supports the team with confidence. Passion for hospitality and commitment to creating genuine guest connections. Benefits
