Requisition ID: 36360 Location: Irvine, CA, US What You’ll Be Brewing: In the role of Chain Sales Manager working in Irvine, San Diego, or Sacramento, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or Las Vegas, NV, you will be part of the Pacific Region Sales Team. You will be accountable for profitably achieving business results (revenue, volume, share, profit) for assigned chain accounts, by leading and directing their team, as well as internal and external resources to execute the sales objectives and activities which address current dynamics; are in alignment with overall company goals to deliver volume, profit, share and overall brand health; and optimize the use of team resources. You will build strategic partnerships at the appropriate level with retail customers, the Molson Coors Beverage Company (MCBC) distributor sales organization, and distributor partners across the account base to maximize achievement of MCBC business results. This position reports to the Sr Director Chain Accounts and works closely with Distributors, Internal Distributor Sales team, Category Management partners and the Regional Marketing team. Lead a team of talented colleagues, build capabilities, foster a learn-everyday environment, and support growth through career discussions and ongoing one-on-one conversations. Lead the implementation of Channel plans across Chain and independent retailers with appropriate Distributor Sales Organization counterparts, utilizing national channel strategies to guide the work. Lead and coach the team as they leverage MCBC Joint Business Plan routine annually and on an ongoing basis. Coordinate execution via clear, concise communication to ensure alignment with retailer operations, management units, and distributor partners. Coach your team to execute effectively in-market and identify opportunities to be first choice for customers and consumers. Demonstrate authentic leadership, value differences, and foster inclusion and belonging as part of a winning team culture. Travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, and occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the territory. Build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes; take accountability for results with integrity and commitments. Engage with diverse teams and participate in learning and development opportunities (First Choice Learning, Total Rewards, Wellness, EAP, etc.). Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and key account management. Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market and occasionally outside the territory. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and align with business priorities. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills. Commitment to integrity and accountability; willingness to learn and help others grow. Benefits and Compensation
