Base pay range: $109,700.00/yr - $144,000.00/yr
Location: Irvine, San Diego or Sacramento, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities
Lead a talented team, build capabilities, foster continuous learning, and support growth through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
Implement channel plans across chain and independent retailers, collaborating with distributor sales organizations and utilizing national channel strategies.
Lead and coach the team in leveraging the MCBC Joint Business Plan annually and on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate execution via clear, concise communication to ensure alignment with retailer operations, management units, and distributor partners.
Coach the team to execute effectively in-market and identify opportunities to be the first choice for customers and consumers.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive experience in sales and key account management.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, including occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory.
Strong ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with a deep understanding of business priorities.
Excellent relationship‑building and collaboration skills to get to the desired outcome.
Accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
