In this role, you will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent service. You will be an expert in our products, using this knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers. You will share information about current merchandise, store promotions, and events, while executing operational processes effectively. Your goal is to bring our brand to life, build brand loyalty, and deliver results with productivity. What You'll Do
Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience. Acknowledge and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently; answer questions accurately. Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration. Promote loyalty programs to customers. Leverage omni-channel offerings for a seamless customer experience. Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed. Respond courteously and promptly to internal and external requests. Exchange and verify job-related information to support team efforts. Who You Are
A good communicator who effectively uses technology and engages with customers and team members to meet goals. A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action. Courteous and professional in handling customer interactions and concerns. Skilled in basic information gathering to solve problems. Able to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.
