About The Role
In this role, you will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service. You will be an expert in our products, using this knowledge to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit customers. Your responsibilities include sharing information on current merchandise, store promotions, and events, as well as executing operational processes efficiently. Your goal is to bring our brand to life for customers, build brand loyalty, and deliver productivity. What You'll Do
Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors and leverage these with every customer to provide a premium experience. Assist customers, locate merchandise efficiently, and answer questions quickly and accurately. Offer style and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration. Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs. Leverage omni-channel offerings to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed. Respond courteously and promptly to internal and external requests. Exchange and verify job-related information to provide support. Who You Are
A good communicator capable of utilizing technology effectively and engaging with customers and team members to meet goals. A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, always learning, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action. Capable of handling customer interactions and concerns courteously and professionally. Skilled in basic information gathering to solve problems.
