Technology and Innovation - Salesforce, Lead-to-Cash Functional Engagement Manager Join Riveron as a Functional Engagement Manager to drive the execution of Lead‑to‑Cash strategic programs for our clients. This role is ideal for an outcome‑focused people leader with a strong understanding of functional business processes across Lead‑to‑Cash. You will be very hands‑on in building process flow documentation and managing the quality of functional deliverables while delivering enterprise‑wide impact on end‑to‑end corporate operations.

Base Pay Range Riveron is hiring a Functional Engagement Manager to drive the execution of Lead‑to‑Cash strategic programs for our clients. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader with a strong understanding of end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash business processes and the Customer Operations Technology underpinnings that support it.

Who Are You

5-10 years of experience driving outcome‑centric tech transformation programs

5+ years managing programs involving Salesforce & Integrated Platforms (Marketing Automation, Analytics, ERP, etc.); Strong familiarity with other common CRM vendors in a rapidly evolving technology vendor ecosystem

Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Business Capability Mapping is a must

Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment

What You’ll Do

Serve clients in project roles like PMO Lead, Execution Lead, and Functional Business Analyst Lead, Organizational Change Management Lead

Strong “who needs to do what and when does it need to be done by” orientation

Drive clear executive level weekly status meetings – open issues, risks and decisions to be made quickly to deliver the project on time and on budget

Drive clarity for stakeholders across complex system and process redesign projects for organizations who do not have technology implementation expertise

Inspire clients to act on recommendations rooted in our ‘why’
