Technology and Innovation - Salesforce, Lead-to-Cash Functional Engagement Manager
Riveron is hiring a Functional Engagement Manager to drive the execution of Lead-to-Cash strategic programs for our clients.
This role is ideal for an outcome-focused people leader with a strong understanding of functional business processes across Lead-to-Cash and a talent for building process flow documentation and managing the quality of functional deliverables.
Base pay range $116,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Who Are You
5-10 years of experience driving outcome-centric tech transformation programs
5+ years managing programs involving Salesforce & integrated platforms (marketing automation, analytics, ERP, etc.); strong familiarity with other common CRM vendors
Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Business Capability Mapping is a must
Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
What You'll Do
Serve clients in project roles such as PMO Lead, Execution Lead, Functional Business Analyst Lead, and Organizational Change Management Lead
Strong “who needs to do what and when” orientation
Drive clear executive‑level weekly status meetings—open issues, risks, and decisions—to deliver projects on time and on budget
Clarify stakeholder expectations for complex system and process redesign projects, especially for organizations without deep technology implementation expertise
Inspire clients to act on recommendations rooted in our collaborative ‘why’
