Within Cardiac Diagnostics, we listen to the needs of customers and create remote care technologies and services that connect cardiac arrhythmia patients and caregivers. Our research and development focus on clinically proven solutions that can be performed safely and effectively. We value diversity and believe it contributes to success. In this role you will sell and promote company products for Cardiac Diagnostics within a defined geographic territory. You will develop new accounts and expand usage of company products by existing accounts to meet revenue and unit growth objectives based on company sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement sales strategies by identifying product, competition, and pricing needs to promote the company’s products to hospital personnel and physicians. Develop action plans (weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing sales figures and reports, identifying account needs, and coordinating with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve annual sales goals. Determine customer needs, goals, product usage, and case types by engaging with physicians and hospital staff. Establish pricing packages that address customer needs while adhering to company guidelines. Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing feasible solutions in collaboration with clinical research, pricing, and/or marketing teams. Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers for future sales opportunities. Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of products through presentations and demonstrations to secure purchasing commitments, often supported by incentive programs. Required qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent field clinical/sales experience. Minimum of 2 years medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience. Preferred qualifications: Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or related devices. Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals. Established relationships with key players in the cardiac monitoring industry. Technical aptitude; ability to discuss and explain software algorithms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse groups (physicians, staff, etc.). Requisition ID:

613061 The anticipated annual base amount or range for this full-time position will be $70,000.00, plus variable compensation under the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and benefits as described at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
