This remote role can be based anywhere in these parts of the USA (California, Los Angeles, Oregon, Washington). Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be pivotal in driving our company’s growth. You will be at the forefront of our GTM initiatives, targeting large payment solution providers and merchants and promoting our range of customizable (ODM/OEM) Android POS/devices in the USA and Canada. With your profound knowledge of the payment industry in the North American region, you will strategize and steer our sales efforts, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our business objectives. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue. Come join us in our global Wiseasy family! Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections are achieved in the North America Region. Develop new key clients (US & Canada) for the ODM/OEM department and foster strong relationships to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction. Attend exhibitions and trade shows, and organize localized marketing campaigns to create leads. Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts. Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise to the business. Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection, and expense reports. Collaborate with the global sales and R&D team (in China) to provide support for local clients. Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct. Constantly understanding the latest payment technology advancements to better position our solutions. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales, fintech, payments, and ODM in a global company. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the payment/fintech industry. Understanding of the payment solutions landscape, including the challenges faced by large payment solution providers. Experience working cross-functionally in a global, culturally diverse team. Analytical, strong organizational skills, and strong commercial acumen. Independent, proactive, and taking ownership and accountability for assignments. Proficient in English and Mandarin/Chinese would be highly advantageous. 20-30% travel required (depending on business needs)
