Regional Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) for SUNMI in North America. SUNMI is a leading IoT company driving Android-based business digitization through innovative smart terminals and an end-to-end platform. Our product portfolio spans mobile and payment terminals, POS systems, kiosks, and more; we are expanding rapidly and seeking a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth. Role Overview: The RSM is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding regional market presence, and managing channel and direct sales activities. This role requires a proven sales leader who can balance hunting new opportunities with developing long-term partnerships, while effectively positioning SUNMI’s solutions and ensuring successful project execution. Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving adoption of SUNMI solutions across key verticals. Channel Development: Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, VARs, ISVs, and system integrators; deliver enablement, training, and joint go-to-market programs. Account & Project Management: Acquire, grow, and manage strategic accounts; lead solution-based sales engagements and oversee implementation; act as primary point of contact for accounts, addressing both technical and business needs. Collaboration: Partner with HQ and North America regional teams to align strategies and deliver customer success. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, industry trends, and pricing to refine sales strategies. Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and provide regular business reviews to leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years’ proven sales experience in enterprise technology, IoT/POS, SaaS, or payment solutions. Strong channel ecosystem network (distributors, ISVs, VARs) within retail, payments, or hospitality. Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders. Experience in solution selling and light project management (coordinating with technical teams). Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (required). Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Willingness to travel 25–50%. What We Offer
