We seek applicants who use or develop quantitative, mathematical, or computational approaches to address biological questions across disciplines from ecology and evolution to biomedical sciences. Applicants must have a PhD in the biological sciences or related field, a minimum of two years of post-graduate research experience, a strong record of achievement in quantitative or systems-based approaches, and a commitment to excellent teaching. Exceptional candidates may be considered for appointment at a higher rank. Position Details
Start date: August 2026 Location: on-campus, in-person Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an externally funded research program involving PhD and undergraduate students. Teach an upper-level undergraduate/graduate Biostatistics course and develop additional courses in their areas of expertise. Contribute to departmental service needs. Qualifications
PhD in the biological sciences or related field. Minimum of two years of post-graduate research experience (e.g., post-doctoral training, government, or industrial research). Strong record of achievement in quantitative or systems-based approaches. Commitment to excellent teaching. Salary and Start-up
