Senior Alliances Leader We’re looking for a Senior-Level Alliances leader to own and grow our strategic relationships with AWS, Google, and other key cloud/platform providers. This is a high-impact role designed to accelerate awareness, influence sales alignment and drive joint revenue opportunities globally with the world’s top cloud providers.
What You’ll Do:
Own, build, and deepen our strategic partnerships with AWS, Google, and other key cloud/platform partners
Ideate, develop and drive joint GTM and co-sell motions with partner sales and marketing counterparts
Generate and track tangible partner influenced/sourced pipeline and revenue
Enable our global sales teams to source and close partner-influenced deals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product
Lead partner programs, partner onboarding, and field enablement
Represent Workspot at strategic partner events and industry conferences
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years strategic alliances or partner development experience
Enterprise SaaS and/or cloud-native experience a must
Strong experience with AWS and/or Google partner ecosystems, programs, and GTM models
Proven ability to generate cloud partner-sourced revenue
Experience engaging cloud provider field sales, partner managers, and marketing teams
Experience initiating and driving partner programs
Strategic thinker, excellent communicator and relationship builder
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong determination to win as a team
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
