The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center . We are seeking a postdoc with strong bioinformatics/computational biology skills to join the Harari Lab. Our mission is to further the understanding of Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias to improve diagnostics, quality of life and treatment options for those with neurodegenerative diseases. The Postdoc will work with large scale genomic and genetics data, including Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), GWAS chip data, Single Cell Transcriptomics (scRNA-seq, single cell ATAC-seq and spatial transcriptomics) and other high throughput omics data in the study of neurodegeneration. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement new methods for research, take the lead on research projects, write manuscripts and grant proposals, and present results of that research at internationally recognized conferences.
