Sales Manager Remote / Orange County or Bay Area, CA | Full-Time | $90,000 – $100,000/year base + Bonus Hello Soju, Inc., a fast-growing alcohol beverage company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive brand growth and execution in the U.S. market. This hybrid role (remote/home office with ~50% travel) requires an industry veteran with strong distributor and buyer relationships, particularly across Off-Premise, On-Premise, Independent Liquor, and Asian/Multicultural markets. What You’ll Do:

Drive sales performance and execution standards with distributor teams Secure strategic distribution in targeted accounts with velocity-driving programming Build and manage distributor and partner networks, including top-level management, trade marketing, and district leadership Conduct distributor meetings, reviews, and training sessions Forecast sales and depletions, track performance against goals Develop trade incentives, manage inventory, and support key programming initiatives Partner with the Sales Director to ensure brand and trade standards are executed Lead sales efforts in strategic off-premises independent channels, chains, and multicultural/Asian market accounts in CA, with further expansion planned Lead broad market on-premises brand development in CA, including but not limited to, regional chains, hotels, casinos, concert & special event venues What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in alcohol beverage sales (craft spirits/RTDs preferred) Leadership background with local and remote teams Commercial acumen, able to see the “big picture” Relevant experience in both Southern & Northern California Experience with Off- & On-Premise, Casinos, Hotels, Stadiums, and special event venues Experience with multicultural/Asian market, off-/on-premises retailers, and brands Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and self-motivated Desired:

Supplier and distributor experience Experience with early-stage companies/brands VIP/IDIG/Krama knowledge Business-level Korean fluency (written & spoken) Why Hello Soju?
