We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Account Executive
to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth within the US region. The Sales Account Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster relationships with clients, and work to meet and exceed revenue targets. This position requires a deep understanding of software services and solution-based selling, especially in the context of Emergys offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive new business growth across the US region by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Lead efforts in qualifying and closing new business, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies. Present and demonstrate the company’s products/services to prospective clients, emphasizing value and solution-based benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable contracts and deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Engage with clients at all levels to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, and leadership) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth. Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and deliver comprehensive business plans that address customers' pain points and priorities. Utilize tools such as benchmarking, ROI data, and VE (for SAP) to support customer decision-making. Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline, effectively tracking opportunities and following through. Work collaboratively across functions to align sales strategies and improve outcomes. Support and participate in company and OEM promotions and events to drive sales. Ensure alignment with internal teams to improve customer experiences and revenue growth. Performance & Reporting: Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information. Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management. Required Qualifications: Experience: At least 8 years of experience in software service sales, especially in a solution-based selling environment. Proven success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment. Experience in IT and software service sales within the US market. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Technical Expertise: Experience in selling solutions in one or more of the following areas: LCNC/Mendix/OutSystems, Cloud/AWS RPA/UIPath/AA, Testing/Automation Knowledge of the software service industry and the ability to translate customer needs into customized solutions. Proven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and handle complex sales processes. Experience negotiating and closing large deals, often in a consultative, fast-paced sales environment. Ability to manage and grow large transactions and sales campaigns. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to engage and influence clients, both technical and non-technical, at all levels. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Preferred Location:
