Esthetician VI, Lincoln Park Work Mode: Onsite Location: Chicago, IL Opportunity The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Together they will strive to ensure our guest’s comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa. Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas Using proper verbiage at all times Upholding and maintaining set uniform and grooming standards Knowledge of spa services and amenities Knowledge of emergency procedures Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOPs Meeting agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home care Sales goals set depending on department and retail to service percentage Maintain continuing education criteria based on state requirements Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co. Perform special event treatments at various locations such as golf courses and venues; these services are secondary to the primary function Perform any other duties as assigned Skills/Requirements
LEVEL VI 6+ years experience in licensed field Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs); manage additional projects as assigned Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings Mandatory attendance at in-house trainings Acts as Lead when Lead is out Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
