WHAT YOU'LL DO: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Leasing Support to join our property management team. This role is key to supporting day-to-day operations in the office and ensuring smooth communication with tenants, vendors, and prospective residents. The ideal candidate will be customer service–driven, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of property management.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service. Input and track work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Assist with leasing functions, including scheduling tours, preparing paperwork, and supporting prospective tenants through the application process. Maintain organized records and files. Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related field, with familiarity in HUD programs considered a strong plus. They should possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-focused attitude and attention to detail will ensure success in supporting our team and residents effectively.
