Location: Seattle, WA Type: Contract Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Company:

We own nearly 50 apartment buildings across Seattle and White Center, providing safe homes for over 2,000 residents and earning awards for our commitment to community building. Responsibilities:
Support property management with daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling, and filing. Assist with preparing lease agreements, updating tenant records, and coordinating maintenance requests. Handle documents and processes related to HUD and affordable housing programs accurately. Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant. HUD knowledge and experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications and tech-savviness. Benefits:
