Position Information
The School of Business Administration seeks applications for temporary, part-time lecturer positions in the Department of Economics on an as-needed basis. Majors in the department include Economics and Actuarial Science. The department also offers courses in economics at the MBA/graduate level. Lecturers are hired to teach both undergraduate and/or graduate courses depending on the candidate’s academic credentials. This posting is to create a pool of interested applicants from which the Department may draw as sections become open at any point in the 2025-2026 academic year. THIS POSTING IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF AN OPEN POSITION. Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department chair when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, winter, and summer. Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree related to the discipline or subfield of the discipline in which the person will teach and/or develop curricula and/or supervise scholarly activity.
