SBA Lecturer - Quantitative Methods Job Description Summary The School of Business Administration seeks applications for temporary, part-time lecturer positions in the Department of Decision and Information Sciences on an as-needed basis. The department offers a two-course sequence in Business Statistics taken by all the students in the Business School. The department also offers analytics related courses in the areas of management science, forecasting, and quantitative methods for managers. In addition, the department offers courses in quantitative methods at the MBA /graduate level. Lecturers are hired to teach both undergraduate and/or graduate courses depending on the candidate’s academic credentials. This posting is to create a pool of interested applicants from which the Department may draw as sections become open at any point in the 2025-2026 academic year. Applications for part-time faculty positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department chair when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis, which may include fall, winter and summer. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree
related to the discipline or subfield of the discipline in which the person will teach and/or develop curricula and/or supervise scholarly activity with extensive professional experience in the field.
