Regionalized Freight:

Multi-region routes designed to get drivers home weekly for a 34-hour reset

Weekly Miles:

~2,000 miles per week (based on HOS & availability)

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,200 gross

Length of Haul:

Average 300 miles

Freight:

100% no-touch freight

Load Type:

50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload

Pay & Bonuses:

Detention Pay:

$12.50 per hour (after 2nd hour)

Layover / Breakdown Pay:

$100 per day

Sign-On Bonus:

$1,000 total — $500 after first load; $500 after 30 days (must be active & seated)

Performance Bonus:

Up to +3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible starting first of the month after hire; must be active OTR at payout)

Operate 100% no-touch freight with drop & hook advantages; manage live unloads when required
