Job Description
Represent insurers and their policyholders in first‑party and third‑party insurance defense litigation, including PIP, bodily injury, and property damage claims. Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies. Manage discovery efforts, including drafting discovery responses, taking and defending depositions, and preparing expert witnesses. Draft motions, briefs, and other court filings. Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client service. Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation; PIP experience is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and results‑oriented mindset. Strong academic credentials. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Seniority Level
