Our insurance defense team is growing and we are possibly seeking more than one (1) attorney. First-party and third-party No-Fault, insurance coverage, dog bite cases, and premises liability. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by conducting discovery such as depositions and written discovery, negotiating contracts, drafting agreements, attending facilitative mediation, settling claims, and advocating for clients in court such as arguing motions and trying cases. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
Great location in downtown East Lansing. Competitive salary based upon experience. Salary range $70,000.00 to $120,000.00. Health insurance / Dental / HSA available, 401k, and merit based / performance bonuses.
