We are working with one of New Jersey’s most active and well‑respected real estate developers, specializing in the development of luxury multifamily communities, industrial facilities and data centers. They are seeking an experienced
Real Estate Paralegal
to join their in‑house legal team.
Location:
New Jersey (Hybrid flexibility)
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, title documents, and closing binders Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and zoning reports; work with title companies to resolve any issues Maintain internal databases and document management systems for property records, corporate filings, and legal documents Support attorneys and senior leadership with transaction closings, including the preparation of closing checklists and post‑closing documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, preferably in a developer, REIT, or law firm setting Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, New Jersey title/survey review, and closing procedures
